By purchasing an animal listed on this marketplace, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions.

Accuracy of Listing Information

All information provided in the listing is accurate to the best of the seller’s knowledge at the time of posting. Buyers are encouraged to ask questions and request additional information before committing to a purchase.

Health & Condition

Animals are represented as healthy and free of known illness at the time they leave the seller’s care, to the best of the seller’s knowledge.

Once an animal leaves the seller’s possession, the seller is not responsible for illness, injury, stress-related conditions, or death. Animals may experience stress when moved to a new environment, and exposure outside the seller’s control may result in illness.

The seller is not responsible for veterinary expenses, medical treatment, or related costs after transfer.

Final Sale / No Guarantees

All animal sales are final.

There are no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding:

Show performance

Breeding ability or fertility

Temperament

Future health

Ability to earn titles or championships

Suitability for breeding or exhibition

These outcomes cannot be predicted.

Sex Identification

Sex is determined to the best of the seller’s ability; however, mistakes are possible. Buyers are responsible for verifying sex at the time of pickup. The seller is not liable for sex misidentification discovered after transfer.

Deposits & Cancellations

Any deposit required to hold an animal is non-refundable if the buyer cancels the purchase.

If an animal becomes ill or dies while still in the seller’s care before transfer, the seller may offer a refund of the deposit or apply it toward another animal, at the seller’s discretion.

Transport & Pickup

All pickup and transport arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer.

If third-party transporters are used, the seller is not responsible for the animal’s care, condition, health, injury, or death once transferred to the transporter.

Pedigrees

Pedigrees are provided only when explicitly stated in the listing and only for animals designated as show or brood quality.

Right to Refuse Sale

The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sale at any time prior to transfer. If the seller cancels the transaction, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Buyer Eligibility

No sales will be made to minors. Buyers must be legally able to enter into a binding purchase agreement.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
